At CDE Cleaning Services we make every effort to ensure that we provide an unrivalled quality of service. It is through continuous monitoring and review that we ensure a total quality service is consistently provided.
Before beginning a contract for any cleaning service, we agree a full specification and cleaning schedule with the customer. Our cleaners are taken around the premises and shown exactly what to do before they commence work.

After the contract begins, we perform regular checks to ensure that a consistent standard of quality is maintained. A formal inspection meeting is also arranged regularly with our customers, at their premises, to discuss the service and provide them with an opportunity to highlight any difficulties or areas for improvement.
